When you support Thrive, you’re investing in dozens of local organizations that are creating real change every day. Your involvement—whether through time, donations, or advocacy—makes it possible for us to carry out our mission.

Here’s how you can get involved:

• Donate: Every dollar goes into a community fund that directly supports local nonprofits doing essential work.

• Volunteer: Lend your time and talents at one of our events or help us behind the scenes—we always welcome helping hands.

• Attend Our Events: Join us for fundraisers, community gatherings, and awareness events. Every ticket and every moment of support goes directly to Thrive.

• Participate in a Workplace Campaign: Through payroll deductions or one-time gifts, your company can make a powerful difference right here at home.

Our Community-Focused Funding Process:

Each year, nonprofit organizations submit applications to Thrive for funding. Our Funds Allocation Committee—made up of dedicated community members—reviews these applications and determines which programs will receive support. From there, we lead an annual campaign to raise funds on their behalf. The money collected through workplace giving and individual donations is then distributed the following year, ensuring that nonprofits have the resources they need to serve the people of Southern New Mexico.
